Teesside residents are being invited to have their say about the service provided by Cleveland Fire Brigade.
A summary of the fire service's Community Plan is published in the council magazines of Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Stockton and Redcar and Cleveland, delivered to every household within the local authorities' areas.
The summary shows how the fire authority will provide information, demonstrate performance and consult with communities, in the coming year.
The full plan will be published in June. Copies are available at fire stations, local libraries and council offices across Teesside.
Dave Earle, of Cleveland Fire Brigade's business planning team, said: "It is of great importance to the brigade that everyone we serve has the opportunity to comment on those aspects they are happy with, those where they would wish to see change, and any which fail to meet the high standards expected.
