BEDALE'S run came to a halt at Whitby on Tuesday night in the semi-final.
Whitby finished worthy 7-1 winners andwill meet Middlesbrough in the final
Whitby took a four-goal first half lead with strikesby Graham Robinson after 14 and 25 minutes, a great shot by Paul Watts after 31 minutes, and a 25-yard half volley scores by Alex Gildea after 41 minutes.
On the stroke of half time Ure raced clear from his own half, a 50-yard run and with just the keeper to beat referee Matt Messias of York blew for half-time.
Bedale pulled a goal back after 57 minutes when Michael Robinson scored with a penalty after Ian Williams had handled. Bedale were now coming back into the game more.
Ian Williams made amends for his penalty giveaway when he lobbed the keeper with his side's fifth goal after 71 minutes, Kevin Graham scored after 833 and Lee Ure completed the goalscoring after 88 minutes
