BIKERS brought smiles to children's faces when they took part in an Easter egg dash to Bishop Auckland hospital.
The Bishop's Blues motorbike club collected 59 Easter eggs from shops and businesses in Bishop Auckland on Saturday and drive to the hospital to distribute them to youngsters in the children's ward.
The remaining eggs were then taken to nursing homes.
The group's president, Jim Hutchinson, known as Compo, said: "This is something we only decided to do this year, but it is something we will carry on. We would like to thank everybody who donated Easter eggs.
