Members of Middlesbrough Teesside Lions Club have thanked people who helped the fundraising at the Easter egg tombola in the main concourse of the Cleveland Centre, in Middlesbrough, on Easter Saturday.
President Giles Bolitho said the amount raised came to more than £1,100, which will go to local charities.
Eggs not won in a tombola were donated to a local home for disabled people.
The Lions Club also wants to thank people who donated unwanted spectacles and hearing aids which will be sent to the developing world
