Halifax 0 - 2 Hartlepool - Hartlepool United are still in with a shout of the play-offs after an easy 2-0 win at Halifax.
The win was Pool's third in a row and leaves Chris Turner's side just three points off a play-off spot with just six points and two games to go.
There was no repeat of Darlington's five-goal thumping of relegated Halifax that happened on Easter Monday, but Pool were so much in control they never had to move out of second gear to win.
Gordon Watson opened the scoring on just nine minutes, volleying home a superb effort from 25 yards after being picked out by Paul Smith and Smith's corner teed up Graeme Lee to thump a header home and seal the points.
