An exciting renewable energy project of the future has been developed thanks to help from accountnacy firm, Keith Robinson and Co.
Nature World, in Acklam, has built a state-of-the-art Eco-structure incorporating a futuristic garden where plants are grown without soil.
The development, which officially opens next month, has been supported by funds from the National Lottery, European funding and backing from Northumbrian Water and Middlesbrough Council.
Joanne Whitfield and Andrew Rowe from Keith Robinson and Co in Middlesbrough have helped Nature World's managing director Stuart Goldie with the accounts during the establishment of the project.
The aim of Nature World is to demonstrate practical ways to improve the environment and quality of life.
It encompasses more than 25 acres of land including gardens, a working model of the River Tees, a readbed system, apothecaries garden, minibeast safari and the new Eco-structure.
The Eco-structure incorporates the largest geothermal system in the North - a pioneering renewable energy for the future.
Mr Goldie said: "This project is very exciting and will prove to be a great attraction in the North-east.
"We are grateful to the team at Keith Robinson and Co for their support with this project and their continuing accountancy advice throughout."
Mr Rowe added: "The Eco-structure was a challenging project and the finished project is very impressive.
"we are delighted to have worked with Stuart and his staff during the development of the project and are sure it will prove a great success."
