SEVERAL homeowners in Darlington have applied to the council for planning permission to extend their houses.
In Southwell Green, permission is sought for a bedroom and en-suite bathroom over an existing garage, and a ground floor extension to the rear.
There are also plans to rebuild and extend a garage, in Salters Avenue, Darlington.
On Coniscliffe Road, a couple are seeking permission to build a garage to the front of their property, with a new front entrance hall and utility room.
In St Albans Green, Darlington, permission is sought to build a two-storey extension.
