CLUBBERS will have the chance to relive their school days with a series of school disco nights being held at a nightclub in Darlington, starting tonight.
Bojangles nightclub, in Darlington, is launching the disco nights to make clubbers feel as though they are back in the school hall.
As well as playing disco tracks, disc jockeys will be dressed as teachers, bar staff will be in uniforms or white coats and cocktails will be served in chemistry test tubes. A tuck shop will sell sweets, crisps and soft drinks.
Revellers who turn up wearing school uniform will get in free and receive a bottle of champagne, and those wearing ties will also get in free.
George Elliott, promotions manager for Absolute Leisure, the company which owns and manages the club, said: "These school disco nights have been a huge success in clubs in London and other big cities, and we want to give clubbers in Darlington the opportunity to join in the fun."
The disco starts at 8pm and runs until home time at 2am.
The club intends to make every Monday night a school night.
