VISITORS to a popular Teesside attraction can now get some extra exercise.
In addition to walking, running and cycling, there is a wide range of exercise opportunities on the Trim Trail at Castle Eden Walkway, Thorpe Thewles.
The trail consists of seven new exercise stations with equipment for sit-ups, chin-ups, push-ups as well as other exercises with a new straddle jump.
Ian Bond, Stockton Borough Council's countryside ranger, said: "This is a great new addition to Castle Eden Walkway. People can come along and get fit out in the open on the new equipment.
