YOUNG cyclists from the Stockton area are being invited to take part in a heat of the Raleigh Challenge 2002, the national competition organised by British Cycling.
The event takes place at Fairfield Primary School, in Stockton, on Friday, May 17, at 6.30pm, and children under the age of 13 are invited to take part.
The competition, which features an obstacle course that tests children's skill, will be held in supervised conditions.
All those who take part will receive a certificate and the top three in each category will be awarded medals and invited to take part in a regional final later in the year.
