COMMUNITY policing in North Yorkshire will come under the spotlight tomorrow.
Conservative Front Bench spokesman for the police, James Paice, will be meeting the county's Chief Constable, David Kenworthy, at the force headquarters at Newby Wiske, near Northallerton.
"Conservatives wish to see neighbourhood policing restored to its rightful position through fundamental reforms that transform the police service from top to bottom," said Mr Paice.
"I want to discuss our ideas with Mr Kenworthy and to find out to what extent they are already being implemented in North Yorkshire.
