The end of season Presentation Evening was held at Hunwick Club with the Championship Trophy going to Tom Ward of Hunwick and the runners-up trophy to Charlie Donaghy of Tow Law.
Prior to the presentation the players present took part in a series of comeptitions. The best break from the spotted balls was won by Charlie Donaghy, the best break from a position selected by the player was won by Tom Ward, the cannon fodder competition, where only points score from cannons counted, was won by Norman Lowson of Willington, whilst Tom Ward completed the evening's play by winning the quick knock-out competition.
The players ended up with an excellent supper, provided by Mrs A. Fleming. Lawrence Jones of Witton Gilbert has taken on the task of organising next season's competition, which will start in late August.
