WHILE Craig Holt and Jo Tracey watch the England team in the World Cup, in Japan, their football-crazy regulars will not be forgotten.
Their pub - the Five Lions, in Walmgate - is one of 32 in York that are applying for early licences for the duration of the tournament.
Mr Holt and Ms Tracey want regulars to be able to enjoy a pint and a cooked breakfast while watching the early morning games.
"Even though we will be away we wanted to make sure our customers have the chance to see England's games, so we hope the applications are approved," said Mr Holt.
