The top teams in the First Division lost to create a big change. Wingate took pride of place as they pushed former leaders, Leeholme down to fourth place with an 85 shots to 68 home win. The visiting players found the green heavy and went down to their first defeat of the season.

In the Second Division Witton Gilbert held on to a share of top spot when they won by 72 shots to 67 at King George V. Langley Park and Addison Park moved up to go joint top with Witton Gilbert.

Fishburn and Murton maintained their 100 per cent record in the Third Division to share top spot, six points above Wolsingham and Chilton. Fishburn beat the visiting Kelloe by 82 shots to 65.
