Dean Bank A pulled off a good home win over Langley Park B to share second place in the First Division with their beaten visitors and Cockton Hill A, whilst Spennymoor A edged into a one point lead at the top. Dean Bank A beat Langley Park B by 54 shots to 51.

Newly-promoted Belmont are setting the Second Division alight as they have only dropped one point to date and lead by three from Shildon Railway, who are two ahead of Chilton. Belmont travelled to Mainsforth and won by 62 shots to 42.

The league was very disappointed to receive the resignation of Dean Bank C from the Third Division.
