FOUR teenage soldiers and a woman appeared in court yesterday after an incident in which windows were smashed in a town centre.
Donna Marie Cooper, 27, of Nesfield Close, Jennyfield Estate, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, was remanded in custody by the town's magistrat- es until June 18 charged with an affray in Mayfield Grove, Harrogate, on March 3.
The four soldiers from the Harrogate Army Foundation College, three aged 17 and the other 16, cannot be named for legal reasons. They each face an allegation of affray at the same time and place and were bailed until the same date.
Presiding magistrate Gillian Horrox ruled that all five should be sent to York Crown Court for trial.
