A MAN accused of selling heroin was yesterday found guilty of one of the charges he faced.
A jury at Teesside Crown Court found Michael Plaice guilty of being in possession of heroin with intent to supply between November 14 and 17, 1999.
But last night it had still not reached a verdict on a charge of supplying heroin to another person on November 16, 1999.
Judge George Moorhouse had previously directed the jury to deliver a verdict of not guilty on a charge of being concerned in the supply of heroin between November 14 and 17, 1999.
Mr Plaice, 36, of Clifton Street, Middlesbrough, denies all the charges.
The jury will retire to consider its remaining verdict this morning
