Walks organised by the Rotary clubs of Northallerton and Northallerton Mowbray, will take place from Osmotherley on Sunday, to show support for countryside communities which suffered during the foot-and-mouth crisis.
The first walk will follow a ten-mile circular route from the Chequers Cafe, a mile-and-a-half east of Osmotherley. It begins at 10am.
The second, also from the cafe, is at 2pm. It is a four-mile family walk covering a circular route through Sheepwash, Scarth Nick and Osmotherley.
At 6pm, George Jewitt will lead a one-and-a-half mile guided tour of Osmotherley history, starting at the village cross.
