THEATRE students from across the Tees Valley are preparing to perform in the jubilee celebrations in London on Tuesday.
Fifty pupils from Stagecoach Theatre Arts schools in Darlington, Guisborough, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Northallerton and Yarm will perform for the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
It follows a performance in a charity event, the Reaching out for Africa concert, at the Albert Hall in London, alongside stars such as Sir Cliff Richard, when 1,500 Stagecoach students joined a 3,000-strong gospel choir.
On Tuesday, the youngsters will form part of the official Golden Jubilee Gospel Choir.
