A Darlington church was given a nautical transformation as part of the Queen's golden jubilee celebrations.
All Saints' Church, in Ravensdale Road, was transformed into the Royal Yacht Britannia for the weekend.
The church held a flower festival, with many of the displays depicting countries that the Queen has visited during her 50-year reign.
The festival was launched by the Lord Lieutenant of County Durham, Sir Paul Nicholson, at a church service.
The Mayor of Darlington, Councillor Doris Jones, and Lord Barnard, also attended the event.
Health Secretary and Darlington MP Alan Milburn also visited the festival, with children from Abbey Road Infant School.
All proceeds from the festival will go to the Save Our Sight Appeal, which is raising funds to buy a diabetes retinal camera for Darlington Memorial Hospital.
The flower display will be open for viewing today, from 10am to 6.30pm
