A NEWTON Aycliffe school is hosting an open art exhibition, featuring work by more than 30 artists.
The exhibition at Greenfield School Community and Arts College has been organised by arts co-ordinator Jo-Anne Mason and is open to professional and amateur artists.
The work on show until Wednesday, June 12, ranges from oil and watercolour painting to pencil and pen work, and sculpture.
Eight artists from the town's Acorn Centre, for people with learning disabilities, will exhibit work produced at an artists' group at Bear Park, Durham.
Mrs Mason said: "The exhibition is an opportunity for all eight of the artists to share their talents and gain recognition for their work."
