A CARERS' week to offer support and advice is being organised by the Darlington Carers Support Project.
Events will be held next Monday to Friday, including information stands, workshops and social gatherings.
An information stand will be operating in Darlington's Cornmill Shopping Centre on Monday, from 10am and 4pm.
On Tuesday, carers can learn about the importance of foot health in a practical session with advice from a chiropodist.
On Thursday, a social evening for carers, friends and their families is being held at the Darlington Memorial Hospital Social Club, with a free buffet and entertainment.
An event offering support for mental health carers will be held on Friday, June 14.
