A CONFERENCE focusing on the future shape of a city's housing is being held today.
The event, the first since Sunderland City Council's housing was restructured, brings together housing associations, private landlords, residents, voluntary sector agencies and council staff to consider options for quality, choice and sustainability.
A housing strategy will be submitted to the Government to be judged on whether it is fit for the purpose.
