AN exhibition of embroidery to celebrate the Queen's jubilee is on show at Darlington Art Gallery.
Entitled Majesty, it focuses on work by members of the Darlington branch of the Embroiders' Guild, and highlights projects by students of the Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College.
There are items commemorating the coronation and the the silver jubilee and new pieces stitched for this year's event.
The exhibition runs until Saturday. Admission is free and the gallery opens daily at 9.30am, except Sunday
