ARMED police and dog teams have arrested three men and seized a quantity of suspected crack cocaine.
The men were arrested in Middlesbrough as part of Operation Roulette - a round-up of illegally-held weapons, launched last Friday.
"Our determination to target those who have illegal possession of firearms is unwavering," said Detective Inspector Colin Green, of Cleveland Police.
"We will continue to use every possible resource to bring these offenders to justice and remove weapons from the streets."
Thirty police officers took part in the latest swoop, on Victoria Road, Middlesbrough, at the weekend.
The three men have been released on police bail pending the outcome of forensic tests
