A CHARITY is giving all those who have ever wondered if they have what it takes to be a soldier the chance to find out.
Marie Curie Cancer Care is holding a Carry On Soldier challenge at Catterick Garrison on July 13.
Teams will get the chance to try their skills on a 35ft climbing wall, tackle an exhausting steeplechase course, and be put through Army drills and computer-simulated small-arms training.
All those who take part will receive a certificate of achievement, and prizes will also be offered for the best - and worst - teams on the day.
Anyone who wants further information about the event can contact the charity's fundraising office on (01904) 621000
