Crook League: Crook Mill House lost their top spot of the First Division after they went down in the deciding doubles on their visit to Crook Travellers Rest A.
The home side had singles wins from Tony Storey, Dave Poulter and Stephen Todd, whilst the Mill levelled through John Winning, Rob Banister and Alan Bibby. In the deciding doubles, the Travellers Terry Davis and Dave Poulter beat Eddie Ryan and Alan Bibby.
The defeat for the Mill House allowed Crook Belle Vue and Crook Olde Horse Shoe B to move up level at the top, whilst Crook Olde Horse Shoe A and Crook Mill House share the third place just a point behind the joint leaders.
The leaders of the Second Division, Crook Jelly's Bar A also were beaten but they managed to hold on to their top spot. Clive Witton and Kevin Carter took singles points for Jelly's whilst the visiting Crook Royal Sun B had singles points from Denise Pearson, Lisa Thexton, Carol Haygarth and Dave Haygarth with Louise Pearson and Denise Pearson taking the doubles.
Jelly's A still lead the Second Division by one point from Willington Market, who are three ahead of Crook White Swan.

District League
Hamilton Row Black Horse moved up to share the top spot with Tow Law New Market B and Tow Law Rose and Crown after they recovered to win in the decider at Tow Law Dan's Castle A. Pat Elliott put the Black Horse ahead but then Jamie Dowson and Ian Maith won for the Castle. John Henderson levelled the match and then the Horse went to victory when Chris Elliott beat Lee Stockdale in the decider.
Tow Law New Market B only dropped one point on their visit to the former leaders, Tow Law Rose and Crown. Lee Mowbray took the only point for the home side, whilst Gavin Tennant, Tommy Sloan, Michael Bell and Tom Hauxwell took the Market up to share the leadership.
