STUDENTS and staff from Stockton and Billingham College will be cycling around Teesside in aid of charity.
The event on Thursday is part of National Bike Week, which promotes the use of green transport methods.
Participants will cycle from the college's Stockton and Billingham sites to its new site at Teesdale, Thornaby.
During the ride, the cyclists will be raising money for Cancer Research UK.
The event, which has been sponsoredby the Billingham Transmission Cycle Centre, has been organised by members of the college's Green Travel Group.
Students who are taking the the AVCE travel and tourism course have also given the ride their backing.
The event starts at 11.30am and will be the first chance for many students to see the building at Teesdale, which is due to become operational next year.
