England are through to the quarter-finals of the World Cup after they beat Denmark 3 - 0 in Niigata.
Sven Goran Eriksson's men will face Belgium or Brazil in the next round thanks to first half strikes from Michael Owen and Emile Heskey and a bizarre own goal from Sunderland 'keeper Thomas Sorensen.
England were 1-0 up after just five minutes when Sorensen bundled the ball over his own line from a Rio Ferdinand header.
Owen made it two after 22 minutes. Sinclair's cross bobbled off a Denmark defender before Nicky Butt flicked the ball inside for Owen, who tucked the ball past Sorensen.
Heskey swept home England's third from David Beckham's cross just before half-time.
With a comfortable lead England sat back in the second half as Denmark looked to get back in the game but the tie was effecitvely decided in the opening 45 minutes.
