COMPUTER users will be able to check their eyesight while they sit at their work desks, thanks to an initiative by the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.
The charity is offering free vision screeners for people's work stations to improve their vision while they type. The offer will be available until the end of next month.
The association hopes it will raise awareness of employees' rights to get a free eye test through their workplace, and says more than a third of staff who usually work with computers are not aware of their rights to a free test.
