There will be a range of events in the town for people to join in during the national fundraising campaign between July 1 and 12.
On Monday, July 1, there will be a chance to have a go at canoeing or kayaking in the marina, at 5.30pm. Two days later, mountain biking is on offer at 5.30pm, with bikes and helmets provided.
On Wednesday, July 10, Summerhill Visitor Centre will play host to a trim trail event at 5.30pm, and the next day there will be a chance to have a go at circuit training at the Mill House Leisure Centre, between 12.15pm and 1pm.
The cost of all of the events is £3 each with the proceeds going to Sport Relief.
