A Newton Aycliffe care centre is to host a health event for men over the age of 50.
The Pioneering Care Partnership and Age Concern Durham County are holding the event to link in with National Men's Health Week.
The afternoon will be held at the Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe, on Monday, from 1pm to 4pm.
It will include an exercise session, a dip in the hydrotherapy pool, a demonstration of Reiki therapy, as well as information on local courses and activities. The featured health topic is foot health.
Gill Macnab, the centre's events and participation worker, said: "This one-off afternoon of activities, tasters and information is a great opportunity for men to come together to obtain information on leading a healthier lifestyle whilst having fun."
