ENDEAVOUR Housing Association's flagship £430,000 conversion at Webb House in Middlesbrough enables residents to enjoy living independently and at the same time allows them to access a 24-hour support system.
Charlie Hughes, chief executive of Endeavour Housing Association, said that the development gives residents the opportunity to develop new skills and to enjoy a sense of independence they may not have had for years.
He said: "Residents were involved from the planning stages to ensure that their needs would be met.
"We felt that it was very important that the people who live in the flats should be able to put their own ideas forward, and to choose the decor and furniture for their new homes.
