The weather again played havoc with the programme and only three games went ahead in Division A.
Rockliffe Park comfortably defeated Ingleton by nine wickets after reducing their visitors to 100 all out in 34 overs.
Stuart Dawson top scored with 47 hitting a couple of sixes and six boundaries, but generally the Rockliffe Park attack was in control and no bowler did better than Marty Cundy who claimed two wickets for a miserly five runs. Garbutt returned two for 33 and Howell, Krishman and Raby all took one wicket.
When they replied Rockliffe Park secured the necessary runs losing one wicket in 24 overs. Ashley Fidell finished unbeaten on 48 after opening the innings. He stroked seven boundaries.
Aldbrough St John were restricted to 58 for nine at Witton-le-Wear for whom Jones captured five wickets for 32 runs and Nelson claimed three for 21. Witton-le-Wear, however, did not have things all their own way and conceded five wickets before winning. Wilson took three for 11 in the Aldbrough St John attack with both Snelling and Coggle finishing with one wicket each.
Heighington defeated Raby Castle by four wickets. Batting first Raby Castle were pegged to 102 for eight with Boocock capturing five wickets for 45 runs and Waite three for 40. Ian Dent, who opened the innings, was still there at the end unbeaten on 43 out of the Raby Castle total of 102 for eight.
Replying Heighington were given a good send off by Campbell (29) and Beason (18) and other useful contributions down the order earned them victory even though Dent completed a good game for Raby Castle by taking three wickets for 32 runs. Hirst also bowled well for the visitors to earn two wickets at a cost of 14 runs.
In Division B only two games went ahead. Trimdon CCA defeated Catterick Village by 77 runs, bowling out the home side for just 49 in 22 overs. Brian Coughtree sent down 11 overs in taking four wickets for 25 runs and Danny Carter captured three wickets for 20 runs from his nine overs.
Batting first Trimdon CCA ended on 126 for seven from their 30 overs with Gorton hitting three sixes and two boundaries in 31 not out. Daniel Oselton had a good day with the ball for Catterick Village returning figures of five for 63 in 15 overs.
Lands managed just 89 for eight but still defeated King James who were dismissed for 74.
Elstob (24) and Little with an unbeaten 39 gave the Lands innings an excellent start but they were the only players to make double figures in a total of 89 for eight. Brack picked up five wickets for 43 runs and Houghton took three for 42 for the visitors.
Replying King James struggled to 74 all out as Simpson returned three for 27 and Dalton two for 14
