A NEW directory aimed at improving environmental education in schools and the local community in Stockton was launched yesterday.
Entitled The Big Green One, the comprehensive directory in CD-ROM format lists the best curriculum-based educational schemes and projects available from Stockton Borough Council and leading outside agencies. Everything from computer programmes to workbooks, videos to theatre plays and day trips are included on the CD-ROM. The directory will be distributed free of charge to all local schools, and will be updated three times a year, ensuring users always have access to the newest and best programmes and resources available.
