DEREK Mosey knows how to get weaving - he is an expert at it.
He called in at Preston Park, near Stockton, yesterday, to demonstrate the art of willow-weaving, promoting a craft programme which has been organised by the Tees Forest project team.
Willow garden structures, candle making, garden pottery, painting and mosaic making are all included in the range of courses on offer.
Classes will take place at countryside centres throughout the forest.
Recreation Officer Simon Blenkinsop said: "What could be more enjoyable than to learn a new skill in pleasant surroundings with the opportunity to be able to take home your own creation at the end of the course?"
