A THEATRE group which specialises in performing open-air plays has gained the support of Darlington Building Society.
The award-winning Castle Players, from Barnard Castle, stage summer events at Bowes Museum, in the town.
This year the group will perform Shakespeare's As You Like It in the museum grounds on July 10 and 13.
David Copland, building society marketing and communications manager, said: "Darlington Building Society is proud to provide support to such a well-respected and high profile theatre group.
"They play regularly to sell-out audiences, attracting customers from a wide area."
As well as providing sponsorship, the building society will help with marketing plays and distributing promotional leaflets.
Both productions of As You Like It will be performed at the Bowes Museum at 7.30pm.
Tickets, costing £4, are available from Darlington Building Society's Barnard Castle branch, Curlews Bookshop, in the town, and the Bowes Museum.
Further details and tickets are available by calling 0800 0747080.
