A SMALL village held its own world premiere last night - the screening of a local dog's latest film.
Nell the sheepdog's new video, Nell's Curious Yorkshire, was shown for the first time at Moorsholm village hall, near Saltburn, east Cleveland, to hordes of eager fans.
The 55-minute film has taken four years to make, but Nell's owner Graeme Aldous hopes it will be just as popular as her previous efforts - Nell's View of the North York Moors and Nell's Coast.
"Her previous two videos have sold more than 6,000 copies around the world," he said. "This one wasn't supposed to take so long to make, but did for various reasons, including foot-and-mouth."
Nell appears in the video as a guide to locations in her native North Yorkshire including Staithes, Whitby and Fangdale Beck.
The video goes on sale this week in shops and National Park centres throughout the moors, priced at £12.50
