ETHNIC minorities in east Durham have been invited to join together to discuss issues which affect their lives.
Easington District's community safety partnership has called a meeting at Peterlee Leisure Centre next Wednesday at 7pm and is hoping many members of the ethnic community will attend.
Under a two-pronged action plan agreed last month this, the inaugural meeting of the partnership's Minority Ethnic Liaison Group, will examine the concerns of individuals and look at ways key agencies can improve and promote positive action.
