Heighington are still out in front of Division A as they saw off the challenge from Barningham by several wickets.
Batting first the visitors realised 131 for seven which included a top scoring 45 by Kyle and for Heighington, Waites was the most productive bowler claiming three wickets for 27 runs.
When they went into bat the home side lost early wickets before Smith (37no) and Overfield (36) put together a match winning, unbroken partnership for the fourth wicket.
Rockliffe Park are second and they had 51 runs to spare when they defeated second from bottom Witton-le-Wear. A number of useful contributions down the order enabled Rockliffe Park to end on 150 despite Penfold claiming eight wickets for 80 runs in the visiting attack.
When they replied Witton-le-Wear were all out for 99 and Penfold completed a magnificent all round performance scoring 37. Nelson contributed 41 as Krishnan returned three for 34 and Raby three for eight.
Barton hosted Cockerton and defeated the visitors by seven wickets. Required to score 118 Barton were indebted to Mark Lockey who hit one six and 11 boundaries in a whirlwind innings of 65 compiled from just 31 deliveries. Tony Miller gave support carrying his bat for 32 with five fours and the pair added 56 for the second wicket.
When they batted first Cockerton were 117 all out in 36 overs. Opener Lee scored 21 and Farrow 23 while for Barton Jimmy Bell had figures of four wickets for four runs and Graham Wilson three for 16 from the five overs which he sent down.
Aldbrough St John defeated Spennymoor by three wickets. When they batted first Spennymoor realised 120 all out in 33 overs as Richard Wilson took five for 49, John Hoyle two for 39 and Max Snelling two for nine. Most of the Spennymoor total came from Ian Nichol who had five boundaries in 37 and Albert Collingwood whose 31 included a six and four fours.
Responding Aldbrough St John conceded seven wickets before reaching their target and they were grateful to Richard Wilson for his 33 which included a six and two boundaries. Jim Raul sent down ten overs for Spennymoor taking two for 33 and Collingwood completed a good game capturing four wickets for 17 runs in five overs.
Middleton St George had 107 in hand of Ingleton who were all out for 79. McKenna was the top wicket taker for Middleton capturing three wickets for 22 runs, but Jameson, Nadeem and Ayub all took a couple of wickets.
Batting first Middleton St George finished with 186 for three on the board. Opening batsman Bainbridge batted throughout for an unbeaten 75, his first wicket partner Weighell added 39 and Stephen Rogers 31.
Raby Castle romped to 239 for seven in their home game with Eryholme. West top scored with 75 and Jones carried his bat for 40 while Poole added 25 and Brennan 29. Best of the six-man Eryholme attack was Harker who claimed three of the seven wickets to fall for 31 runs.
When they went into bat Eryholme were restricted to 110 for eight which included 20 by Robson and 23 not out from Warne. Poole with three for 21 proved troublesome to the Eryholme batsmen and both Cavanagh and Hirst took two wickets apiece for the home side.
Haughton enjoy a comfortable lead in Division B and they had 58 runs to spare defeating Heighington. Batting first Haughton reached 155 for one following an unbroken century partnership for the second wicket between McGuire with 76 not out and Wilkinson 44 not out.
Heighington made an uncertain start to their reply but Hodgson revived their fortunes scoring 43 before he became one of Wilkinson's four victims taken at a cost of 23 runs. The innings ended on 97 all out as Barker claimed a hat-trick with final figures of three wickets for two runs.
Cliffe are second despite losing by 36 runs to East Cowton. When they were required to score 150 for victory, Cliffe managed only 113 as Copeland took four for 32 and Raw three for 36.
East Cowton's innings featured a fine contribution of 83 by Harland and for Cliffe Adamson had four wickets for 41 runs and Walton three for 27.
Lands made a healthy 172 for eight from 35 overs when they visited Middleton Tyas. A Elstobb top scored with 69 striking 13 boundaries and D Elstobb had two sixes and three fours in 33. Andrew Rommell was in splendid form with the ball for Middleton Tyas and bowling unchanged for 18 overs, captured six wickets for 85 runs. The other two wickets were credited to Wilkinson at a cost of 80 runs in 17 overs.
Middleton Tyas were quickly in difficulties when they responded, but 38 from Nick Bramfitt, who had a couple of sixes and two boundaries, took the total into three figures before the innings eventually closed after 29 with 119 runs on the board. Davey, with three for 45 and Little whose four wickets were taken at a cost of five runs in five overs, were the bowlers who caused the home batsmen their problems.
Brompton-on-Swale visited Middleton-in-Teesdale and lost by 93 runs. Batting first the home side finished with 182 for five following 35 overs as Anthony Coatesworth struck one six and six boundaries in 57 and his opening partner Neil Watson had 14 fours in 98. The pair added 152 in less than 29 overs for the first wicket.
In reply Brompton were all out in 23.4 overs for 89. David Watson took four for 46 in 11 overs and his brother Neil four for 14 from the four overs he sent down. Dave Garth celebrated his 50th birthday by taking three catches for Middleton-in-Teesdale.
King James managed only 94 for eight but they still had nine runs to spare defeating Trimdon CCA. Gorton took three for 20 and other wickets were credited to Coughtree, Watchman, Lee and Carr when King James made first use of the wicket.
When they went into bat Trimdon CC also found runs difficult to come by and Watchman scored 40 of his side's all out total of 85. Bracks had a splendid day with the ball for King James capturing seven wickets for 34 runs and the other three were taken by Orton at a cost of 47 runs.
Dales visited Catterick Village and won by 35 runs bowling out the home side for 122 when Platt picked up seven wickets for 65 runs. Catterick Village though were in with a chance when Carter opened and scored 61 before becoming one of Platt's victims and later Walker carried his bat for 39.
When Dales batted first Wallis and Richardson both contributed 22, but it was the partnership between Lawson (37) and Metcalf (55) which raised the score to 157 for eight. No fewer than seven of the wickets were taken by Galley at a cost of 69 runs.
Ian Thompson produced a match winning innings for 54 not out leading Barton to a two wickets success over Cockerton who were all out for 106 when they batted first. Scratchard claimed five of the Barton wickets for 45 runs.
Trimdon Colliery and Deaf Hill raised 181 for nine with Craggs scoring 68 before sending Barningham back for 50 and Cliffe defeated Raby Castle by six wickets when Buckman had figures of six for 47.
Haughton totalled 161 for four and Spennithorne and Harmby replied with 161 for eight. Armstrong (39) and Dobbinson (48) provided most of the runs for Haughton for whom Ponsford had three wickets for 46 runs.
Pounder claimed three wickets for eight runs restricting Lands to 86 before Rockliffe Park won by five wickets when Swanwick contributed 44.
