THERE will be several road restrictions operating in Darlington from this week to allow maintenance work.
Transco will be carrying out work at Haughton Green, from house numbers 6 to 72, and the road will be closed for five weeks from today.
There will be traffic lights operating outside 223 Carmel Road North for six days from today while G Sweeney carries out work.
Traffic lights will also be in place in Bedford Street and Witton Crescent on Wednesday, for one day, while Northumbrian Water carries out work.
The company is also working for one day at East Mount Road on Thursday, Hollyhurst Road today, Wednesday and Thursday, Parkside for one day on Friday, Victoria Road today only, and Grange Road for five days from today.
Traffic lights will be in operation on all roads.
