A SUMMER playscheme is offering Darlington youngsters a chance to put their sporting skills to the test.
Darlington Borough Council's sports development unit is organising events at the Eastbourne Sports Complex.
A netball camp skills award day will run six hours of play and coaching on Monday, July 29, for ten to 13-year-olds, from 10am to 4.30pm.
A netball summer coaching course for ten to 13-year-olds will run from August 12 to 16, between 1pm and 4pm.
There will be an athletics summer camp for eight to 15-year-olds, from August 6 to 9, and August 19 to 22, between 1.30pm and 4.30pm.
Tennis coaching camps will be held for six to ten-year-olds, with details available from the complex. A hockey summer coaching camp will be held from August 19 to 21, for eight to 15-year-olds, from 10am to 4.30pm each day.
Girls can enjoy a mini soccer camp for eight to 12-year-olds from July 29 to August 1, and August 27 to 30, between 2pm and 4pm each day.
