POLICE stopped 19 motorcyclists and seized two stolen bikes at the weekend during a crackdown on off-road riders in Redcar and Cleveland.
Officers arrested three men and will officially caution several others, following the two-day Operation Rogue Rider.
Sergeant Mike Cane, of Cleveland Police's neighbourhood task group, said off-road motorbikes were a menace to the community - particularly in Eston hills and Flatts Lane.
"The dangerous riding and noise nuisance caused by these machines makes many people's lives a misery. We will continue to track down riders who flagrantly break the law."
