A PLEA has gone out to people across the region to donate mirrors to help an art project.
Artists Dave Allinson and Michelle Tripp are presenting Synaesthesia, a visual art installation at the Riverside Festival.
They have spent the past three months working with people, including dance students at Egglescliffe School and Virtual Reality programmers at Teesside University.
The installation, at Stockton Parish Church, will involve projections, lights, live and recorded music, and 200sq m of mirrored floor, to create special effects.
The artists can only use square or rectangular mirrors and the bigger the better. If a glass or mirror company was able to supply mirrors, they would be returned intact, the artists said.
Anyone able to help can contact Mr Allinson on (01642) 887599.
