A FURNISHINGS store has been raising money for a girl who suffers from a neurological condition.
CB Furnishings, in Northallerton, asked customers to pay £1 for a balloon in a fabric competition
At a recent open day £125 was raised to help five-year-old Rosie Henry, who lives in the town. The sum was matched by the firm.
The money raised will go into Rosie's Trust Fund, set up by her parents, Diane and Richard, to help improve their daughter's quality of life.
Rosie needs a specially equipped bedroom and bathroom and some of the cash raised will help to makeover Rosie's bedroom. CB Furnishings will also supply her new bedroom curtains.
