Tow Law Rose and Crown moved back to the top of the table after they whitewashed the visiting Tow Law Dan's Castle A, whilst the former leaders, Tow Law North Point's result was not sent in by their hosts from Tow Law Dan's Castle B.
The Rose and Crown's winners were Steven Todd, Lee Mowbray, Derek Mowbray, John Mudd and Chris Bowes.
The Rose and Crown lead the table by one point, but the second placed Tow Law North Point have a match in hand. However the Point only lead Lanchester King's Head by one point, whilst the King's have played two fewer matches than the Rose and Crown.
In the Captain's League, Tow Law New Market B have already established a good lead of three points after only losing one of their 11 games. The positions and points are 1st Tow Law New Market B 10; 2 equal Hamilton Row Black Horse, Lanchester King's Head and Tow Law Rose and Crown 7 each; 5 equal Tow Law Cattle Mart, Tow Law Football Club, Sunniside Comedian and Tow Law New Market A 6 each; 9 Tow Law North Point 5; 10 Tow Law Dan's Castle B 4; 11 equal Esh Football Club and Tow Law Dan's Castle A 2 each.

CIU Games Dominoes Pairs Championship
There were 38 pairs entered for the qualifying stage of the Championship played at Byers Green. The players played down to the last four, who will play off on Finals Night. The qualifiers were Robert Sharp and Harry Sewell of Newfield, Tommy Liddle and Joe Blakey of Willington, Bobby Topping and Steve Wilson of Newfield and Phil Whitfield and Steve Johnston of Crowtrees.
Crook League
I a top of the table clash at Crook Olde Horse Shoe B the visiting Crook Belle Vue vaulted above them into second place in the First Division with a three points victory. The Shoe had singles wins from Carl Maddison and Dave Leighton but the Club went to victory with singles wins from Ivor Phillipson, John Warriner, Roy Hoggarth and Dave Hakin to add to the doubles won by Ivor Phillipson and Roy Hoggarth.
However the Club require a massive win in their final match of the season if they are to repeat last season's Championship success for Crook Mill House edged through to an odd point win at Crook Surtees to move three points ahead of Crook Belle Vue. The Olde Horse Shoe B trail Belle Vue by a point.
Willington Market lead the Second Division by a point but have two games to play, whilst second placed Crook Jelly's Bar A have only one. Crook White Swan trail Jelly's A by a single point.
