Langley Park A edged their way into the final when they won a very tight semi-final against Shildon Railway A at Durham City by a mere four shots at 55 shots to 51.

There was a nail-biting finish to the first semi-final when Leeholme played Chilton at Cockton Hill. The match went right down to the final wood with Leeholme just edging their way into the Final by 30 shots to 29.

Leeholme will meet the winners of the semi-final between Dean Bank A and Cockton Hill A.

King George V are becoming the thorn in the side of the leading teams in the Second Division for they again whitewashed one of the Championship contenders. This time it was the leaders, Langley Park who suffered 'nil points'. King George won by 86 shots to 64.

Despite this defeat the Park still lead the Division by eight points from Sherburn Village, who are two ahead of Vane Tempest.
Leeholme now only need four points from their last three matches to assure themselves of a third consecutive League Championship Trophy after they only dropped two points on their visit to second placed Crook Glenholme. Leeholme won by 87 shots to 63.

Ever Ready/Craghead moved five points clear of Glenholme into second place after they only dropped two points at Wingate, whilst Shotton trail the Crook side by three points but have a match in hand.
In the Third Division Dean and Chapter put up a sterling performance before going down to the visiting league leaders, Murton by two points. Murton won by 88 shots to 61.
