CONCERNED residents are being invited to examine plans for a house building programme in Hartlepool.
The town's Grand Hotel, in Victoria Road, will host a presentation showing the sites under consideration for executive housing over the next ten years. The meeting is separate from the local plan consultation process, which was adopted in 1994.
Hartlepool borough councillor Moss Boddy, cabinet member with special responsibility for regeneration and the economy, said: "The first round of consultation last year showed that a number of people were concerned about land earmarked for future executive housing. "The meeting will enable people to look at areas identified for potential sites and let them consider the merits and demerits of each individual site when judged on a Hartlepool-wide basis."
The meeting will be in the Sheraton Room at 7pm, on August 13.
