POLICE are seeking three thieves who stole a woman's handbag after calling at her home.
The man and two women started talking to their victim on the doorstep of her home in Aldbrough Walk, Darlington, at 11.50am on Thursday.
The woman went to the kitchen and returned to find all three callers had left and taken her handbag.
The male caller was aged about 30, 6ft, thin and bald. He spoke with a Yorkshire accent.
The women were in their twenties and both thin. One had blonde shoulder-length hair. The other had long brown hair in a ponytail and wore a baseball cap.
It is thought at least one of the callers was wearing a tracksuit.
