FUTURE Fatboy Slims got behind the decks at a DJ workshop yesterday.
Six teenagers are picking up tips on all aspects of DJ-ing from local club jockey Jamie Wisdom throughout the free week-long event, which is being held at Studio 64, in Corporation Road, Middlesbrough.
Organiser Jo Thornton, from North-East music agency Generator, said: "The DJ workshops are incredibly popular, but we only do them with a handful of kids at a time.
"The course basically tells them everything they need to know about DJ-ing, from beat juggling and beat matching to sampling and scratching.
"The workshop is free, which is great because not many of the kids have got the money to spend on that sort of expensive equipment."
